Captain Arpita Biswas and Alpi Akhtar scored one goal each in Bangladesh's victory. Bangladesh, who looked aggressive from the start of the match, took the lead in the first half. In the 29th minute of the match, Arpita Biswas scored a goal to give Bangladesh a 1-0 lead.
