Exactly a week before this event, Shrestha's NOC returned to its building in Satdobato. Earlier, another NOC was formed under the leadership of Dhruv Bahadur Pradhan, who supported the government, and it started its work from the building in Satdobato. But after the new political changes, it did not continue.
