Valley Public has won the title of the fifth KVKSS Girls Inter-School Basketball Tournament.

In the final held at the host Kathmandu Vidyakunj Secondary School (KVKSS), Valley Public defeated Eden Bridge Academy (EBA) by a narrow margin of 21-19. Valley Public's Drishya Gurung scored 7.

KVKSS 'A' defeated Landmark Academy 28-20 to finish third. KVKSS 'A's Khushi Mitok added 13 points.

Valley's Celina Gurung was the Most Valuable Player, EBA's Sanjila Magar was the best three-pointer and KVKSS 'A's Annie Shrestha was the highest scorer.

Kathmandu Euro School won the disciplined team title while Landmark Academy was declared the emerging team.

The winners were awarded by KVKSS Principal Nitya Shrestha and others. National basketball player duo Roshni Shrestha and Soni Gurung and senior basketball coach Purna Neupane were honored.
