The Armed Police Force (APF) has scored a thrilling victory over the visiting team Thailand Queens in the women's category of the ongoing Ncell 6th Tiger Cup National and International Invitational Club Volleyball Championship in Pokhara.

On the second day of the tournament, Saturday, APF won the second match at the Pokhara Rangshala Volleyball Court by a thrilling 3-2 margin over Thailand Queens.

APF, who won the first set 25-23 and the second set 25-21, surrendered the third and fourth sets to Thailand. Thailand won the third set 25-22 and the fourth set 25-23 in a thrilling manner, pushing the match to the fifth set. Taking the lead from the start in the fifth set, APF won the thrilling 15-13 margin. Despite trying to come back into the game in the fifth set, Thailand was unable to succeed. 

Six teams in the men's and five teams in the women's categories have participated in the championship organized by Tiger Group of Pokhara Nepal, which will run until 17th Magh. The top two teams in the single round-robin competition will compete for the title.
