Purveli Super Kings have spent the most money on signing players in the third Koshi Pride League (KPL) cricket auction. Seven different franchise teams have signed 12 players from the auction for the tournament to be held at the Dr. Khalil Azad Ground in Bhokrah Narsingh, Sunsari from Falgun 9 to 21, while Purveli has spent Rs. 418,000.

 

Kathmandu's Gorkha Avengers spent Rs 400,000. Birtamod Hides spent Rs 368,000, Itahari Adarsh ​​Giants spent Rs 364,000, Kathmandu's Everest Thunders spent Rs 340,000, Itahari's Namo Blastard spent Rs 320,000 and the lowest was Bhokrah Narsingh Koshi Arnaz spending Rs 250,000.

In the auction, each team signed 3 to 6 players from the draft, including one marquee and one iconic. Out of 232 players included in the auction, 84 players were sold. There were 34 in Category 'A', 95 in Category 'B' and 103 in Category 'C'.

In the auction, the minimum price for Category 'A' was set at Rs 45,000 to 65,000, for 'B' at Rs 25,000 to 45,000 and for 'C' at Rs 5,000 to 25,000. The team had the facility to spend money as per its requirement while bringing in players from the draft. 

Sanjok Rana-owned Purveli Super Kings have signed Mohammad Adil Alam, Arjun Gharti, Tritaraj Das, Diwan Pun and Bharat Karki while continuing Lalit Rajbanshi from the draft. Naren Saud, Rijan Dhakal, Mayan Yadav, Adil Khan, Vishal Patel, Imran Sheikh, Chirag Shah, Deepak Paswan, Sonu Sharma, Abhishek Karki, Mohammad Sameer and Abhishek Sharma have been signed to the team from the auction.

Everest Thunders, owned by Akash Khadka, have taken Karan KC, Sompal Kami, Yuvraj Khatri and Ranjit Kumar from the national team from the draft. Koshi Province and Sunsari District Cricket Association will provide technical support for the tournament, which has been approved by the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN).
