Goldenpeak Senior Boys, EBA Junior Boys and Ribs Senior Girls were champions. Goldenpeak and EBA emerged undefeated as winners, while Ribs lost in one match in the group stage.
GoldenPick, Eden Bridge Academy (EBA) and defending champion Ribs have won the fifth KMC Inter-School Basketball Tournament title.
Goldenpeak Senior Boys, EBA Junior Boys and Ribs Senior Girls were champions. Goldenpeak and EBA were undefeated winners, while Ribs lost in one match in the group stage. Goldenpeak participated for the first time since the first edition. EBA succeeded in becoming the champion in its first participation. In the senior boys final held at the
host KMC on Saturday, Goldenpeak defeated Baladiksha Sadan by a score of 48-45. Goldenpeak's Vijay Tamang scored 21 points. In the junior boys final, EBA defeated Greenfield 41-21. EBA's Digvijay Puri scored 11 points. In the
girls final, Ribs defended the title by defeating Chelsea World School 25-21. Ribs' Supriya Malla scored 11 points. Ribs also avenged their defeat to Chelsea in the group stage.
The top scorers of the final, Vijay, Digvijay and Supriya, were declared the Most Valuable Players in their respective categories. Nepal Central in the senior boys' category, Manank Children in the senior girls' category and Golden Flower in the junior boys' category won the 'Spirit of KMC Basketball Award'.
