Crooked Tiger and Sakhuwa Prasauni win

In the first match, Tedha Tiger defeated Genji Nepal by five wickets, while in the second match, Sakhuwa Prasauni Tiger stunned Alpha Avengers by 50 runs.

Crooked Tiger and Sakhuwa Prasauni win

Tedha Tiger and Sakhuwa Prasauni Tiger have won the match held on Wednesday under the Gadhimai Premier League T/20 cricket tournament held in Harpatgunj, Birgunj.

In the first match, Tedha Tiger defeated Genji Nepal by five wickets. In the scheduled 16-over match, Tedha Tiger won the toss and invited Genji Nepal to bat. They scored 119 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 16 overs. Their top scorer was Vikas Patel with 36 and Srilal Baitha with 27 runs. Tedha Tiger's bowlers Sagar Sah took four wickets, Aliraj and Lokesh Patel took two wickets each.

Batting in reply, Tedha Tiger achieved the winning target for the loss of five wickets in 15 overs and 2 balls. Aliraj scored an unbeaten 42 and Afsar Hasan contributed 29 runs.

Genji Nepal's bowlers Asrafi Sah and Seraj Hawari took 2 wickets each. Sagar Sah of Tedha Tiger was named 'Man of the Match'.

In the second match, Sakhuwa Prasauni Tiger defeated Alpha Avengers by 50 runs. Alpha Avengers won the toss and put Sakhuwa Prasauni Tiger in to bat.  The team was bowled out for 128 runs in 16 overs.

In reply, Alpha Avengers scored 78 runs in 14 overs and were all out.
