The semi-final draw for the Africa Cup of Nations has been completed. Now, everyone's attention will be drawn to the clash for the final. The teams that have managed to reach the last four are Egypt, Nigeria, hosts Morocco and Senegal. In the quarter-finals on Saturday night, Egypt defeated defending champion Ivory Coast 3-2 in a thrilling match.

Egypt will now face Senegal in the semi-final on Wednesday. With this, the rivalry between the two powerful countries of African football has been revived. In the other semi-final, Morocco and Nigeria will meet on Wednesday, which can be easily predicted to be an equally sensational match. In the other match on Saturday, Nigeria defeated Algeria 2-0. 

After Ivory Coast was eliminated from the competition, the defending champions once again failed to defend their last-place title. No team has been able to win the title twice as defending champions since 2010. The last time such a feat was achieved was by Egypt. This is the most successful team in the history of the competition.
