Himarshmi won the senior girls futsal title at the 8th Ops Sports Festival on Saturday.

In the final held at Sirjana Gyan Sagar in Goldhunga, Tarkeshwor Municipality, Himarshmi defeated Sirjana Gyan Sagar 2-0. New Era Academy and Pragati Secondary School came third.

The quarterfinal equation has been prepared in the senior boys futsal. Sacred Heart will play against Manaslu, New Era against Sirjana Gyan Sagar, Angels Heart against SEB and Pragati against Newton.

Newton, Sacred Heart, Himarshmi and SEB have reached the semifinals in the boys volleyball tournament organized by the Organization of Private Schools (OPS). Senior boys futsal and boys volleyball are being held at Sacred Heart in Seshamati.

The finals of both will be held on Sunday, said Rajesh Rayamajhi, head of the ECA department of OPS. The athletics and badminton competitions have been concluded. Kaushal in athletics and Himarshmi in badminton were the champions.
