Itahari's Model College has made a winning start to the third provincial-level inter-college T-20 cricket tournament that began in Sunsari on Saturday.

Namuna started the tournament organized by Itahari Adarsh ​​Giants by defeating Bishwa Adarsh ​​College by 102 runs. Namuna Blasters, the Koshi Premier League winner, batted first after losing the toss at the Janata Cricket Ground in Itahari-9. Teams from 12 different colleges of Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari of Koshi Province are participating in the competition that will last until December 26.

The teams have been divided into 4 groups. One team from each group will enter the semi-finals as the group winner. The competition is being conducted with the technical support of Sunsari District Cricket Association and the support of Cloud Education and Visa Services.
