Sathibhai Social Youth Club, Phungling, has won the title of the Late Padam Bahadur Gurung Memorial Men's Football Tournament organized in the district headquarters, Phungling, on the occasion of Tamu Lhosar 2082.

Satibhai won the title by defeating the hosts 3-0 in the final match held in Laxmitar. The title winner Satibhai won a trophy medal along with Rs 115,000, while the runner-up, the host, settled for Rs 55,000.

Hiten Limbu scored one goal and Newson Limbu scored two goals for the host. The host, who took a 1-0 lead in the first half, scored three goals in the second half.

The best player of the tournament was Sabin Tamang from the host, while the top scorer was Pawan Nayonghang from Satibhai, the best goalkeeper was Sohan Nayonghang from Satibhai, and the best defender was Dipesh Limbu from Satibhai.
