With the win, APF is in third place with 6 points after winning 3 and losing 2 out of all 5 matches played.
Chasing a target of 171 runs, Army was forced to concede a 5-run defeat after scoring only 165 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. Army needed 11 runs to win in the last over. Naren Saud took 2 runs off 3 balls and gave strike to Durgesh Gupta in the last ball. With 6 runs needed off the last ball, Durgesh was cut and bowled by Salauddin Khan, and APF won by 5 runs.
Imran Sheikh scored 72 runs for Army, but it was not enough for the victory. He hit 6 sixes and 6 fours off 41 balls. Arjun Saud scored 46 runs with the help of 5 sixes and 1 four, Tritraj Das scored 18 and Naren Saud scored 11 runs. APF's Pawan Sarraf took 4 wickets for 11 runs in 2 overs.
