Raju Chhetri, Vice President of the World Taekwondo Federation (Kukiwan) and Grand Master Nepal, has conducted a Taekwondo black belt dan test and referee seminar in Bangladesh.

Chhetri conducted a three-day black belt dawn test and referee seminar in Dhaka at the special invitation of the Bangladesh Ministry of Youth and Sports. 150 people, including Bangladesh's national taekwondo player Police Ansar, participated.

World Taekwondo nominated Chhetri for the dawn test and seminar in Bangladesh. The program held at the Bangladesh National Covered Hall was attended by Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation President Mohammad Habab Ullah, Vice President Mohammad Hosujaman Khan, General Secretary Mohammad Irshadul Haque, National Coach Kamaruzaman Chanchal, and Member Arif Rabbani.

Bangladesh Olympic Committee Director Saiful Kabir and Nepali Ambassador to Bangladesh Ghanshyam Bhandari distributed certificates to the participants.

Chhetri, who has been a judge at the US Open three times, has also been a judge at the Kimunyong Cup, the G-1 world ranking tournament in South Korea, the Japan Open in Osaka, Japan, and the Seongnam Open in Korea in 2023.

Chhetri, who won gold at the G-2 Korean Open in 2008, was appointed as the Vice President of the External Affairs Department of World Taekwondo (WT) in April.
