Gyanada Academy Birgunj continued its winning streak by registering its third consecutive win in the ongoing National Infotech Inter-College T-20 Cricket Tournament in Birgunj on Monday.
They defeated Bal Ekta College Kalaiya by a wide margin of 78 runs. In the scheduled 17 overs, Gyanada won the toss and batted first and posted a huge total of 172 runs for the loss of 4 wickets.
Gyanada's opening pair Samim Miyan Teli and Vivek Prajapati made a solid start by adding 15 and 25 runs respectively. Priyansh Saraf 29 and Jay Saraf contributed an unbeaten 56 runs. Captain Chandan Ram added 17 runs. Bal Ekta's Arif Alam took 2 wickets, Karan Sah Teli and Sagar Gupta took 1 wicket each.
