Bhojpur has won the title of the volleyball tournament organized on the occasion of the Pusey Mela. Bhojpur defeated Sankhuwasabha in straight sets in the final match held on Saturday.

After losing the first and second games by 25-22, the third set was lost by 25-21. Bhojpur Volleyball Club is also the winner of last year. 

Bhojpur has received a trophy and medal along with three lakh cash. Sankhuwasabha had to settle for one lakh 75 thousand. Bhojpur's Bishnu Basnet became the player of the match and received 10 thousand.

5 teams participated in the competition, which started on December 1. The winners were presented with awards and certificates by Koshi Province's Minister for Industry, Agriculture and Cooperatives, Khagen Singh Hangam and others.
