The Young Brothers Club, the organizer, organized a press conference on Saturday and announced that the prize money has been doubled compared to last year. According to the club, the tournament will be held from February 2 to 9 at the Janata Campus grounds in Itahari. It is said that 8 different teams from Nepal and India will participate in the tournament. Club patron Bikash KC informed that correspondence has been sent to the participating teams and the final decision will be made next week. The organizer has stated that the best player of the tournament will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 25,000 and the 'Man of the Match' of each match will be awarded Rs 7,000. The best goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, striker and highest scorer will be awarded Rs 13,000 each. KC informed that the tournament is being organized under the coordination of Itahari Sub-metropolitan City and under the patronage of the Koshi Province Sports Development Board.
