KES, Kathmandu Xaviers and Hems emerged champions in the 14th PABSON Mid-Regional Basketball Tournament on Saturday. KES emerged champions in the Junior Boys, Kathmandu Xaviers in the Senior Girls and Hems in the Senior Boys.
In the junior final, KES defeated Sunshine by a score of 21-10. Ayush Timalsina scored 11 points.
In the girls final, Kathmandu Xaviers narrowly defeated KES by a margin of 26-25. Suhani Baniya scored 19 points.
Hems defeated Marvelous by a score of 44-31 to win the senior boys title. The winners' Ayush Rawal and Ashutosh Yadav scored 14-14 points.
In the junior boys, Vipul Bhujel of KES, Ashutosh Yadav of Hems and Suhani Baniya of Kathmandu Xavier were adjudged the 'Most Valuable Player'.
