Baby Angel and KVC reached the semifinals of the senior boys' division of the 11th Radiant Cup Inter-School Basketball Tournament on Monday.

On the court of the host Radiant Public, Baby Angel defeated Skibs by a score of 32-27. Baby Angel's Yaman Giri scored 10. KVC defeated People's Academy by 25-19 with Aronlal Shrestha's 12 scores.

Radiant Public defeated Oasis by 54-28 and Pushpasadan defeated Baladiksha Sadan by 53-35 to secure a place in the semifinals. Radiant's Nandan Basnet scored 12 and Pushpasadan's Samrat Lama scored 24.

In the junior boys, Eden Bridge Academy (EBA) defeated People's 20-13, KVC defeated Naveen Jyoti by 11-7, Wisdom defeated Kashyap by 10-7 and Greenfield defeated Seb by 25-9 to secure a place in the semifinals . EBA's Prasik Shrestha scored 7, KVC's Shersang Sherpa scored 4, Kashyap's Neeraj scored 4 and Greenfield's Ajay Magar scored 6.

In the senior girls' category, Naveen Jyoti defeated Jessis 14-9, Radiant Public defeated Rarahill 21-12, Swarnim defeated Gyanodaya 25-9 and KVC defeated Nisarg Vatika 18-9 to secure a place in the semi-finals. Naveen Jyoti's Mansoon Puri scored 9, Radiant's Sonu Tamang scored 9, Swarnim's Ojaswi Bohra scored 8 and KVC's Simran Pandey scored 11.
