Champion Janakpur Bolts have made Hotel The Kingsbury in Birtamod, Jhapa, the main sponsor for this season's Nepal Premier League (NPL). The logo of Hotel The Kingsbury will be on the front of the jersey when Janakpur plays its second match in the NPL against Biratnagar Kings on Saturday.

An agreement has been signed between Janakpur and Hotel The Kingsbury at the hotel in Birtamod. The agreement was signed by Bolts General Manager Niroj Khatiwada and Hotel The Kingsbury Executive Director Janu Dhital.

Bolts captain Anil Sah and Namibian star player Jan Nicole Lofty-Eaton were present at the agreement signing ceremony. They publicly unveiled the new official kit with the logo of the main sponsor Hotel The Kingsbury during the event.

Bolts General Manager Khatiwada expressed his deep gratitude for the trust and support shown by Hotel The Kingsbury and said, “We are on a journey to defend our title, and it is a matter of pride for us to have the support of an excellent and trusted brand like The Kingsbury.” This collaboration is not just a sponsorship, it is an important step towards the long-term development of both brands, regional tourism and expansion of joint marketing platforms.’

The hotel is confident that this strategic collaboration with Hotel The Kingsbury, renowned in Province-1 for its excellent hospitality and service quality, will greatly contribute to building a stronger brand presence for Janakpur Bolts at the national level, promoting sports development and elevating regional identity.

Janakpur, the winners of the first season, lost to Kathmandu Gorkhas by 5 wickets in the opening match this time. Janakpur is about to play its second match after a 6-day break.
