Kaski's Laligurans Association and Kathmandu's Chitlang FC have entered the finals of the ANFA President's League.

Both teams entered the finals after winning the semi-final match held at the Gauritar Stadium in Hetauda on Sunday.

In the first semi-final match, Laligurans defeated Karkebihar Youth Club of Surkhet by 2-0 goals. Mukund Kumar Niur scored for Laligurans in the 20th minute and Ram Thapa in the 92nd minute. Niur was named Player of the Match. 

Similarly, in the second semi-final, Chitlang defeated Nawajagruti of Bara by 9-8 goals in sudden death. After the regular playing time ended in a goalless draw, the game was pushed to a tiebreaker. After the tiebreaker was also tied 4-4 goals, the result of the match was taken from sudden death. Chitlang goalkeeper Vishal KC was declared the Player of the Match. He saved two shots. 

All 4 teams that entered the semi-finals have been selected for the national league. Laligurans and Chitlang will compete for the league title on Tuesday, November 2. The winning team will receive Rs 1 million and the runner-up will receive Rs 5 million.
