Navodit and Landmark Academy have won the ninth TOPS Interscholastic Basketball Tournament. Navodit became the champions in the boys and Landmark in the girls.

In the boys' final of the tournament organized by Team of Progressive Schools (TOPS) on Saturday, Navodit defeated White Haven by a score of 18-8. Navodit's Aadesh Bagale scored 6.

In the girls' final, Landmark defeated Tejaswi Academy by 12-8. Landmark's Pratiksha Rai scored 8. Gandaki Public School came third in both boys and girls.

In the tournament organized by Landmark Academy, Navodit's Saurabh Khadka and Landmark's Pratiksha Rai were declared the 'Most Valuable Players' in the boys' and girls' teams, respectively.

In the boys' and girls' teams, Navodit's Saval Shrestha and Landmark's Srishti Low were the top scorers in the tournament. Saval scored 31 and Srishti scored 25.

The winners were awarded by Nepal Basketball Association President Bhim Singh Gurung, Tarkeshwor Municipality Ward 1 President Bidur Sapkota and others. 14 teams participated in the boys' and 8 teams in the girls' categories.
