Defending champions Ward 16 defeated Ward 20 3-0 to advance to the quarterfinals of the Prayagraj Singh Suwal Memorial Inter-ward Futsal Tournament. Wards 11, 4, and 3 also won their respective matches and reached the last eight.

Similarly, Ward 11 defeated Ward 5 3-1. Biraj Maharjan scored two goals and Shankh Ale scored one for the winning team. Biraj was named Man of the Match. Ward 4 upset Ward 8 2-0 to make it to the quarterfinals. Prasidh Magar and Man of the Match Subin Thapa Magar scored for Ward 4.
Similarly, Ward 3 defeated Ward 26 3-2. Rossiski Shahi, Amrit and Aryan Sharma scored for Ward 3. Amrit also scored an own goal. Nitesh scored for Ward 26.
Ward 13 will face Ward 24 in the first quarterfinal on Thursday. On the same day, Ward 14 will compete against Ward 6, Ward 4 against Ward 3 and Ward 11 against Ward 16.
