The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has today announced the schedule for the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL). The matches of the tournament, which will be held from 1st Mangsir, will be held at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur.

The opening match on Mangsir 1 will be between defending champions Janakpur Bolts and Kathmandu Gorkhas. The match is scheduled to be played at 4 pm. 

Eight different teams are participating in the competition.  There will be two matches a day, the first match will start at 11:45 pm and the second match at 3:30 and 4 pm.  The three playoff matches will start at 4 pm.  The final on Mangsir 27 is also being prepared to be played under floodlights,  according to CAN. 

Out of a total of 32 matches, 23 matches will be played under floodlights.
