Aryan Amatya scored the decisive goal in the injury time of the scheduled 80 minutes of the game to give Thunder Bolts the title. He entered the field as a substitute just before that.
Thunder Bolts took a 3-goal lead early on with 2 goals from Grayman Shrestha and 1 from Saprit Sherpa. LA's Devraj Katuwal scored a goal before halftime. In the second half, Anup Khatri scored 2 goals to tie Snow Leopards 3-3. Aryan scored the decisive goal as the game went into extra time.
Thunder Bolts won the title by avenging their defeat in the league stage. LA had won all 7 matches in the league stage. 8 schools formed clubs to play in the competition that lasted for almost 3 months. Along with the title, Thunder Bolts received Rs 500,000 and runner-up LA received Rs 250,000.
