Champion Janakpur Bolts have signed a sponsorship agreement with Nepal Lube Oil Limited's Golf for the Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket. Golf, which was associated with Janakpur last year as well, will remain with the team as the official lubricant partner.

For that, the two parties signed an agreement at a program organized on Sunday. The agreement was signed by Janakpur Bolts General Manager Niroj Khatiwada and Nepal Lube Oil General Manager Gangaraj Bhattarai. Nepal Lube Oil Managing Director and CEO Karan Chaudhary said that this agreement will be in its 10th year.

‘Last year, I took this agreement for granted, but only after going to the field to watch the NPL, I realized its importance,’ Chaudhary said, ‘Now this is not only about connecting and strengthening relationships, but also about sharing the ups and downs with each other.’ He said that the NPL has created a big platform for companies.

Janakpur General Manager Khatiwada said that golf has further supported the title defense campaign. Janakpur’s NPL-2 jersey was also made public on the same occasion.

Janakpur has also made Nepali women’s national team captain Pooja Mahato the ‘Face of Bolts’. Last year too, Pooja was the brand ambassador of Janakpur. She said that NPL is opening up opportunities for both male and female players.
