Sahales won the title by coming back to beat hosts Pathari 11 by a 2-1 goal margin in the final held on Saturday at the Jante Mod Sports Ground in Pathari, Morang. Unable to maintain their initial lead, the host team Pathari 11 was forced to concede to the runners-up. Pathari's Dhiren Chhetri scored a penalty in the 19th minute of the game to give the hosts the lead. Chhetri scored the penalty after Sahales' Karim Omoloza fouled Niraj Pariyar inside the box.
Sahales, who had a 1-0 lead in the first half, dominated the host team in the second half. Man of the Final Jai Gurung scored in the 58th minute to tie the game 1-1.
Samir Tamang scored in the 69th minute of the game to give Sahales the lead. Sahales became champions by maintaining a 2-1 lead until the end of the game. The winner of the competition, Sahales, received a cash prize of Rs 500,000, while the runner-up, Pathari 11, received Rs 250,000.
Yukesh Tamang of Pathari was declared the best player of the competition and received a cash prize of Rs 25,000. Revat Chaudhary of Sahales was declared the best goalkeeper, Rizard Bisson was the top scorer, and Rajiv Yadav was declared the best coach. Sanjay Limbu of Pathari was declared the best midfielder, Dhiren Chhetri was declared the best defender, and goalkeeper Samir Chhetri was declared the emerging player. All the best in each category received a cash prize of Rs 10,000 each.
8 teams from Nepal, including one from India, participated in the competition that started on Kartik 15.
