Valley Public defeated Kathmandu Euro by 26-14, Chelsea by 36-23 and SMD by 31-20. Winners Valley's Celina scored 6, Lorissa Gauchan by 15 and Alina Gauchan by 13 respectively.
In the boys' tournament, Mangaldeep defeated Valley Public by 38-35. Winners' Ajesh Nepali scored 13. In the girls' tournament organized by Thungram International Academy (TIA), NIMS defeated TIA 'A' by 28-13 and Kasthamandap defeated Gyanodaya by 13-11. Nilam Koirala of NIMS scored 19 and Rihansi KC of Kasthamandap scored 4.
The tournament was inaugurated by Basnarayan Maharjan, President of Budhanilkantha Ward 7. There are 40 teams competing, 24 in the boys' tournament and 16 in the girls' tournament.
