Karnali Yaks Sports Pvt. Ltd. is going to organize a talent hunt on Monday. Karnali Yaks is going to look for local talented players for the Nepal Premier League (NPL). The talent hunt will be organized on Monday from 7 am at an indoor hall in Birendranagar, Surkhet, informed Raju Basnet, consultant coach of Karnali Yaks.
According to Basnet, more than 200 young players have applied to participate in the talent hunt until the previous day. ‘More than 200 players have shown interest in participating in the talent hunt through the registration form we have opened,’ said coach Basnet, ‘Even if someone has missed filling the form, we will make them participate in the talent hunt.’
Bipin Sharma, who emerged in Nepali cricket from the talent hunt last year, has been retained by Karnali Yaks this time. After the talent hunt, Karnali Yaks is preparing to take the trophy to various cities and religious places in the province. The trophy tour will be facilitated by the Karnali Province Cricket Association.
