Sudurpaschim Royals have started training for the second season of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) from Saturday. The team, led by head coach Jagat Tamata, has started training at the Kathmandu Cricket Academy (KCA).

On the first day, 5 players participated. Sudurpaschim, which came close to the title in the first season, is aiming to win the title this time.

Head coach Tamata said that the team coordination is good for the second season and they are confident of winning the title. ‘We are confident of winning the title this season, the team is even stronger,’ said Tamata.

The Sudurpaschim Royals team for the NPL to be held from Mangsir 1 to 27 includes Dipendra Singh Airi, Arif Sheikh, Vinod Bhandari, Vinash Bohara, Deepak Bohara, 

Milan Bohara, Hemant Dhami, Ishan Pandey, Tek  Rawat, Naren Saud, Dipendra Thapa, Scott Kuggelijan, Chris Lynn.
