West Ham lost 2-0 to Brentford in their home match in the English Premier League on Monday night.

The match at the London Stadium was boycotted by a group of West Ham supporters.

Igor Thiago scored for Brentford in the 43rd minute and Mathis Jensen in the fourth minute of injury time of the second half. It was his fifth individual goal of the season. It was also Brentford's first away win of the season.

The win took Brentford to 13th place with 10 points from eight games. West Ham, on the other hand, are now 19th in the table with four points from eight.
