The Nepali national women's football team is leaving for India after Tihar and will play two international friendly matches there. Both of these matches will be held in Shillong.
The head coach of the team is Naveen Neupane. He is taking charge of the Nepali women's national team for the first time. Before that, he had already played the role of head coach of the men's national team. Neupane has also announced a 23-member team. Immediately after this announcement, the team practiced for the first time at the Dasharath Stadium on Sunday. Nepal's first match is against Iran on Friday. The next match will be against India on the following Monday.
