Planning's Chandan Das, Pratap Singh Rai and Roman Bhujel scored the goals. Roman Bhujel was declared the man of the match and received a prize of Rs 7,000.
The final match will be held on Kartik 1, in which Planning Boys will compete with the winner of the second semi-final to be held on Friday.
