Planning's Chandan Das, Pratap Singh Rai and Roman Bhujel scored the goals. Roman Bhujel was declared the man of the match and received a prize of Rs 7,000.
The final match will be held on Kartik 1, in which Planning Boys will compete with the winner of the second semi-final to be held on Friday.
The winner of the competition will receive a prize of Rs 800,000 and the runner-up will receive a prize of Rs 400,000.
The main sponsor of the Gold Cup is Arju Rice Mill and the main sponsor is Belbari Municipality.
