Pakistan defeated South Africa by 93 runs in the first Test on Wednesday.

Set a target of 277 runs for victory, South Africa scored 183 runs in their second innings and got all out. 

With this victory, Pakistan has taken a 1-0 lead in the two-test series. On the fourth day of the Test in Lahore, Pakistan reached the victory before the tea session. 

After Noman Ali and Sahin Afridi took 4/4 wickets, South Africa were covered cheaply. Dewald Brevis scored the highest 54 runs for the visiting team. Ryan Rickelton scored 45 runs.
