6 table tennis players of three different age groups have been selected for the YTTF Youth Table Tennis Training Camp in South Korea.
The 5th APM Junior Table Tennis Championship being organized by Nepal APM Club, the players who are first in their respective age groups have been selected for the camp to be held from May 16 to 26.
Rivan Vajracharya of Yale Table Tennis Club and Prajna Maharjan of Stag Champions Table Tennis Academy in boys' U-13 singles and Riza Shakya of Yale and Surmya Shakya of Stag in girls' U-16 singles were the first. Himal Bista of Hopes Academy won gold in U-19 singles boys and Yoongi Paudel of Hopes won gold in girls. 150 players from different clubs participated in the
competition. Yang Yong Ya, the gold winner of the 1988 Seoul Olympics, will train in the camp.
