Young Star Madaha has won the title of the 37th Jharna Running Shield Knockout Tournament held in memory of the late emerging player Ankit Pun. In the final match on Monday, after both teams drew 1-1 at the scheduled time, Young Star won the title in a penalty shootout.

Jharna Sports  After Arun Chaudhary of Kapilvastu-11 scored in the first half of the match organized by the club at Uma Basic School ground, Yong  Star's Anuj Gayre equalized after returning the goal. Then the match reached the tiebreaker  Yong  Star led 4-3  won.

competition, Aaron Thapa of Janjyoti Club won Man of the Tournament and Best Striker awards. Similarly, Yong  Star's Top Bahadur Rana Best  Vijay Gurung, the coach of the same club, won the best coach award if he became the goalkeeper. Likewise, Vijay Pun, the match coordinator, informed that Sovin Choudhary of Kapilvastu-11 succeeded in becoming the best defender.
