The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has announced the U-17 Women's Asian Cup qualifying team on Saturday. The head coach of the team, Chetnarayan Shrestha, has selected the last 23 members of the team.
The qualifying match will be held in Chonburi, Thailand and Nepal is in Group F. Along with the host Thailand, Turkmenistan is in this group. Nepal will play its first match against Turkmenistan on October 15. Jharna Dumrakoti, Lakshmi Oli and Bhupika Shahi are the goalkeepers of the
team. Diksha Rayamazhi, Eliza Kumari Vick, Gyansu Dolma Low, Jakjan Chand, Purnima Tadi, Anu Majhi, Minmaya Shrestha and Ansu Vick are also included in the defenders.
Midfield players include Raveena Vick, Kritisha Tamang, Ashika Karki, Sahara Limbu, Babtika Karki, Bhumika Budhathoki (captain), Ayusha Reule and Srijan Baduwal. Asmita Magar, Pooja Giri, Yamakumari Vika and Anita Ranamagar are in the forward.
