According to the constitution, only players under 45 years of age can remain ordinary members of the association and the membership of players who join training professionally will be revoked, said Bikram Lama, president of the association. It is mentioned in the statute that the players of 'A', 'B' and 'C' divisions can also be nominated in the central council of the association.
Previously, there was a legal arrangement that only Nepal's senior and junior national players could take membership of the association. Now, all the football players who have played in the league are legally allowed to subscribe. The association has set a deadline of one month and called upon the new members to fill the form . 
In the opening session of the general meeting, former presidents of the association, Upendraman Singh and Rajesh Manandhar, were honoured. All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) president Pankajvikram Nemwang and association president Lama honored them.
President Nemwang said that the Football Players Association is active and active for the interests of the players. Ex-president Singh, who led the association for a decade, praised the program of the association for the right of the players to play. He said that it is a positive step for the association to play a role in making a decision in favor of the players.
