World No. 1 player Aryana Sablenka defeated Amanda Anisimova in straight sets on Sunday to defend her US Open title. This is his fourth Grand Slam title in his playing career.
By weaving a strong attack on Anisimova's service game, Sabalenka won 6-3 and 7-6 (7/3). After this victory at the Arthur Ace Stadium, she proved that she is the best in women's world tennis.
This was the last chance for the 27-year-old player from Belarus to win a Grand Slam title in 2025. She was defeated in the finals of Australian Open and French Open.
"I wasn't in a position to express my current victory in words," Sabalenka said after the final, "Those defeats taught me a lot."
