Madhesh United has registered a victory for the first time in the history of Watsalya Everest Women's Volleyball League. Madhesh won their first game in the league by defeating Pokhara Ninjas at the multi-purpose covered hall at Pokhara Rangshala on Saturday.
Madhesh beat home team Pokhara in straight sets 3-0. Madhesh won both the first and second sets by 25-19. Madhesh managed to win the competitive third set by 25-23. Madhesh, who lost all five games in the first edition, won the second game of the second edition.
