Devdah Boys won the 23rd Lisnu Cup Knockout Football Tournament in Rupandehi on Sunday.

Devdah defeated host Lisnu Yuva Club by 3-2 in a tiebreaker. With this, Devdah has entered the quarter finals.

After both teams tied 2-2 at the scheduled time, the match was pushed to a tiebreaker. Arun Choudhary and Milan Elle scored 1-1 for Devdah, while Jay Gurung and Binde Adera scored 1-1 for Lisnu. Suraj Chaudhary of Devdah was declared 'Man of the Match' in the match. Match coordinator Sudin Bhandari informed that Monday's match will be between AYC Anchalpur and Palpa 11 under the

competition.

The winner of the competition, which will run until August 27, will receive a title and a cash prize of Rs. Twelve teams from Rupandehi, Nawalparasi, Palpa, Syangja, Kapilvastu and Nawalpur are participating in the competition.
