Manchester United coach Ruben Amorim has said that the club needs some big changes. Amorim's reaction came after an embarrassing defeat to League Two rivals Grimsby in the second round of the English League Cup.

This is considered to be the worst result that United have suffered since Alex Ferguson left the coaching position in 2013-2012.

This is the first time United have been knocked out of the FA Cup by a fourth division club. Grimsby took a two-goal lead early on and United managed to draw the game 2-2 after full time. However, United lost 12-11 in the tiebreaker.
