Nepal 'A' will play three out of five Twenty20 cricket matches against Assam under floodlights. According to the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) on Monday, Nepal 'A' will play 5 matches against the Assam Cricket Association on August 28, 29, 30, 31 and September 1 in Guwahati, India.
The first two matches will be played at the ACA CA ground in Fulung. These two matches will start at 11 am. The next three matches will be played at the ACA Stadium in Guwahati. These three matches will start at 5pm and will be played under floodlights. In the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League, Guwahati was used by Rajasthan Royals as their second home ground against Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders.
Known as the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, this ground in Guwahati last hosted an ODI in January 2023, where Indian star Virat Kohli scored his 45th ODI century. Four matches of the Women's World Cup to be held in India in September-October will be held at this ground.
