The player registration process for Nepal Kabaddi League (NKL) season-2 has reached its final stage. Therefore, the organizer Astronics Management has set the last day of player registration as Monday (August 25, 2025).
NKL extended the player registration period for the second season due to the increasing enthusiasm of local and foreign players. According to Amit Kumar Begani, head of Astronics Management, there has been a lot of interest from foreign players along with Kathmandu Valley and Mofsal, so Monday is the last day for player registration so that no interested player misses out.
The registered players will be taken by the franchise team through the draft, who will have the opportunity to compete in season two of the NKL. The player registration process was opened on July 8, 2025. The organizers said that the date of the second season of the competition will be announced soon.
