Nepal's Urmila Shrestha has won a bronze medal in the 57th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship being held in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

She has won bronze medal in women's athletic physique over 35 age group. In this event, where eight players participated, Sirinthip Insi of the host Thailand won the gold and Somanin Phanosith of Laos won the silver.

In the open category of athletic physique, Urmila was fourth, informed Dinesh Rajbhandari, official of the Nepal Physical Education Federation. Urmila won the gold medal in women's athletic physique at the 15th South Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship (SBPF) held in Bhutan last June.
