A sponsorship agreement has been signed between Lalitpur Queens and IME General Insurance for Vatsalya Everest Women's Volleyball League.
Ramesh Parajuli, President of Lalitpur Queens and Yugesh Bhakta Bade Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of IME General, signed the agreement. The second edition of the Everest Women's Volleyball League will be held in Pokhara from August 20 to 28. According to the
agreement, Lalitpur will use the IGI logo on the jersey and help in the promotion. CEO Shrestha said that IGI is happy to support Lalitpur Queens through volleyball and they are confident that Lalitpur will continue to perform well in the tournament. President of
club, Parajuli expressed his gratitude to the entire IGI family and promised that the performance of the team will be excellent in this edition as well. Salina Shrestha is the marquee player and captain of Lalitpur Queens under the training of Utsav Khadka. Lalitpur took Sangam Mahato, Lakshmi Chand, Sunita Rai, Salina Budha Magar, Nisha Chaudhary, Srishti Khadgi and Bhavna Dangi from the auction. SAG has made Ayesha Shakya, the gold medalist, as the Goodwill Ambassador.
