A one-year sponsorship agreement has been signed between Krishna Foundation and Madhesh Pradesh Cricket Association. Foundation Vice President Sujit Kumar Karna and Madhesh Cricket President Sunil Kumar Mahaseth signed the agreement. The financial aspect is not disclosed in the agreement.

Foundation Vice President Karna said, "We are happy to be associated with Education Consultancy Madhesh Pradesh Sangh. We have been providing scholarships to students in the largest and best universities working in India." Now we want to reach more students through sports.
Secretary of Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) Paras Khadka praised Madhesh Pradesh for the foundation and said that this step is commendable. Khadka emphasized that such sponsorship will make the state cricket association self-sufficient and all seven other states should follow it.
Madhesh Cricket President Mahaseth informed that the money received from the sponsorship will be used for the development of grassroots cricket. He said that since the association has been giving monthly salary to 10 cricketers, now 2 more players will also be included in it.
Cricketers Pawan Sarraf, Rupesh Singh and Adil Alam who are in the national team from Madhesh Pradesh expressed their happiness and said that this will motivate them more.
