National cricket team all-rounder Karan KC on Monday became the brand ambassador of Informatics Consultancy.

The ambassador agreement was signed by Karan and Managing Director of Informatics, Gyanendraman Joshi. Although the agreement is for one year, the financial aspects have been disclosed. Managing director Joshi said that Karan had joined hands so that the players could forget all other stresses and play on the field. Director Sandhya Bhandari said that she connected with cricketer Karan to take studies and sports together. 

Karan, an impressive all-rounder in the national team, had a high performance in the recent tour of Scotland. Inspired by his performance, Nepal showed the possibility of maintaining ODI international recognition by winning 3 out of 4 World Cup League 2 matches in Dundee.

'As a player, I don't know how much I can help in the field of education through informatics. But as a player I will try to give 100 percent in the field, for that I want to say thanks to the organization for creating this environment,' said Karan. 

Karan completed 100 wickets in Twenty20 internationals during the Scotland tour. He has taken 103 wickets in 81 matches and has scored 468 runs at a strike rate of over 150. He has been performing more impressively in the 50-over game. He took 86 wickets in 61 matches and scored 565 runs.

Rajendra Baral, president of the Federation of Nepal Educational Consultancy Professionals, said that since the consultancies are not only sending students abroad, but also making the students in the country more capable, the agreement with the respected personality of the society will help them a lot. 

Education Consultancy Association of Nepal (ICAN) President Sesharaj Bhattarai said that his region has also contributed greatly to the success of Nepali cricket. Deepak Gurung, former secretary general of ICAN, said that such agreements send a message that the state must do something.
