The team of Kasthmandap School and Lumbini Football Academy, which participated in the youth football tournament Dana Cup, went to Denmark on Saturday.
Kasthamandap will compete in U-14 and Lumbini in U-16 age group. The team consists of 23 players and three officials. Santosh Neupane is the coach of Kasthamandap. Vijay Maharjan has taken charge of Lumbini's training.
It is said that more than 1,000 young players from more than 70 countries will participate in the Dana Cup recognized by the European Football Federation.
Dana Cup is a youth football tournament that started in 1982.
