World No. 1 player Yannick Siner won his first Wimbledon title on Sunday. He defeated his biggest rival Carlos Alcarez for this achievement.

In the final at the All England Club, Italy's Siner won 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 and 6-4. Along with this, he has avenged his loss to Alcarez in the French Open finals only 35 days ago.

This is the fourth Grand Slam title won by Siner, who served a three-month doping ban earlier this year. With his strong performance, Alcarez's 24 game winning streak has come to a complete halt.
