The Nepal Volleyball Association (NVA) has bid farewell to Help Nepal Sports Club of Nepal, which will be playing in the Kava Men's Champions League in the Maldives.
Member Secretary of National Sports Council (Rakhep) Tanklal Ghising, Member Jagatsingh Dhami, President of Nepal Volleyball Association Jitendra Bahadur Chand, Director of Training and Training Department of Rakhep Bishnu Bahadur Singh bid farewell.
Help Nepal won the NVA National Club Volleyball League title in Pokhara and made it to the Kava Champions League. According to the volleyball association, the champion clubs of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will compete in the Kava Men's Champions League. The Champions League will be held in Male, Maldives from July 17 to 23.
Help Nepal has made a balanced team by signing Ravin Chand from Nepal Police Club, Ravin Nagarkoti, Safal Vic, Vinod Bahadur Chand from APF and other players for the Kava Challenge League. Two Pakistani players have also been included.
Bharat Shah, Vice President of Nepal Volleyball Association, said that Help Nepal Sports Club represents not only the club, but Nepali people as a whole. He said that Help Nepal is expected to perform well in the competition and get results.
